the staff were friendly and the reception gave A lovely welcome. I stayed in room 610 and it was in a quiet location. My room was cleaned every other day to A high standard, cleaning was on request.
the wifi was terrible, I had TO hotspot my husband's wifi. some customers have visiting guests, this takes up the sun beds. Some residents have their own sun beds though our beds are in the shade all day.

The main pool area was great.
The overall cleanliness of the bungalow felt off. The floors needed more attention. They looked dirty and were sticky. Our bathroom needed repairs, specifically the shower, which leaked from the screen and tray, flooding the bathroom each time we used it (SO frustrating).
